Kent Bayazitoglu delivered the presentation Force Majeure and Winter Storm Uri on September 18 at the 2023 GPA Midstream Convention. Kent discussed issues in the application of Force Majeure during Winter Storm Uri that impacted Texas in February 2021. The 2023 GPA Midstream Convention was held in San Antonio, Texas and was attended by more than 1,750 professionals.
