Summary of Experience
Mr. Goh has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry in a wide range of roles. He has a Master’s Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and an Executive M.B.A. from Texas A&M University. Jeremy is an expert in project and investment economics, business and project development, strategic planning, financial and market analysis, and commercial negotiations within the energy sector.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has held several analytical, strategic, and business leadership roles in areas such as LNG, gas supply/demand, gas production, transportation and storage, infrastructure, and Gas-To-Liquids (GTL). He led the economics and strategic justification for a greenfield petrochemical complex and managed a team that developed Shell’s gas and power long-range forecasts for Europe. He has also overseen global LNG forecasting and strategy teams. Jeremy began his consulting career in 2020 with Muse, Stancil & Co. before joining the team at Baker & O’Brien in 2022.
Since joining Baker & O’Brien, Jeremy has worked on a wide range of projects related to gas, gas infrastructure, gas processing, and LNG. These include advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint venture formation, project investments and management, and deal assurance. He has also worked on a range of gas processing and royalty issues. Jeremy is a noted speaker and has presented at several conferences on global gas and LNG.
