Jeremy Goh

Jeremy Goh has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry in a wide range of roles. He has a wealth of experience in project and investment economics, business and project development, strategic planning, financial and market analysis, and commercial negotiations within the energy sector.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has held several analytical, strategic, and business leadership roles in the natural gas production, transportation and storage, GTL, and LNG sectors. He drove the economic and strategic rationale for a greenfield petrochemical complex and oversaw the development of Shell’s European long-term forecasts for natural gas and power supply and demand. Jeremy directed the global LNG forecasting and strategy teams. He began his consulting career in 2020 with Muse, Stancil & Co. before joining the team at Baker & O’Brien in 2022.

Since joining Baker & O’Brien, Jeremy has assisted our clients on a wide range of assignments related to natural gas, natural gas transportation and storage, natural gas processing, and LNG. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture formation, project investments and management, and deal assurance. Jeremy has also provided his expertise in disputes involving gas processing and production royalties.
