Kathleen Kay has over 15 years of experience in project management and business change management across numerous industries, including finance, insurance, information technology, and education. Kathleen provides analytical and editorial support to Baker & O’Brien consultants through data analysis, document review, document management, and the editorial review of expert reports and presentations. She also manages content and administration of Baker & O’Brien’s digital marketing outlets and provides support for conferences and events.
Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Kathleen held various positions in project management, with a strong background in financial analysis and process design. She is also experienced in copywriting, content management, and event management. Most recently, Kathleen served as Platform Manager for Dukes Education, where she led the implementation and launch of a community website for parents, students, and alumni from across approximately 30 schools and colleges.
