Mr. Shah provides over 20 years of industry and consulting experience focused on the downstream, midstream, and renewable fuels sectors of the energy business. His expertise is built upon business consulting; due diligence; litigation support; asset liquidity planning and management; optimization; economics and planning; supervision; operations; and process engineering and design. Probir’s depth of experience facilitates his insightful analysis with a thorough understanding of business, economic, and technical fundamentals.
In industry, Probir worked for Phillips 66, Delek U.S. Holdings, and Delta Airlines/Monroe Energy. During this time, he worked at four different refineries (Ponca City, Tyler, Lion Oil, and Trainer) with roles in engineering, operations, and planning/optimization. At Muse Stancil, his consulting assignments included due diligence, market studies, competitive analysis (including renewables), litigation support, asset liquidity management, independent/lenders’ engineering, and energy business consulting.
Probir is a Candidate Member, Business Valuation, for the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a Senior Member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
