Sara E. Scherer

Sara Scherer has over 20 years of experience supporting accounting, payroll, and HR operations across multi‑state and high‑growth organizations. In her current role, Sara works closely with the Chief Financial Officer, and her responsibilities include client invoicing, timekeeping, and tracking payable and receivable accounts.

Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Sara served as Accounting Manager for Radley London’s U.S. division, overseeing core accounting operations, managing payroll and benefits administration, and implementing new financial systems and procedures adopted across both U.S. and U.K. teams. She has extensive experience in accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, HR support, and process development across service‑based and rapidly expanding organizations. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Texas.
