Baker & O’Brien is pleased to announce that Alex Hardman has recently joined Baker & O’Brien as a Consultant in our Houston office. Alex offers 15 years of experience in oil and gas production, energy trading, risk management, and analytics. He joins Baker & O'Brien most recently from Occidental Petroleum, where he was a Production Engineer in the Permian EOR business unit.

Alex has extensive experience with Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) injection in underground reservoirs. He worked across the Permian Basin on both CO₂ and Flue Gas floods. Alex has also held various roles in energy trading, including analytics, data visualization, options pricing, forward curve development, and hedging activities.
