Baker & O'Brien Announces Management Changes
Baker & O’Brien, Inc., is pleased to recognize the following management promotions and changes that became effective January 1, 2022:
- Kevin Waguespack is promoted to Chief Executive Officer;
- Tim Rooney is promoted to President;
- Aaron Imrie is promoted to Vice President and appointed to serve as Manager of the Dallas Office; and
- Peter Bartlett is appointed to serve as the Business Development Manager in addition to his continuing role as Managing Director of the London office.
After many years of dedicated service, Mr. Rob Donnell and Mr. Don Flessner have announced their retirement from full-time employment, effective December 31, 2021. Mr. Donnell and Mr. Flessner will continue to perform consulting services in support of clients for several of the firm’s on-going engagements and both will serve on the company’s Board of Directors during 2022.
In addition, Mr. Peter Halliday and Mr. Dave Morgan have announced their retirement from full-time employment, effective December 31, 2021. Both Mr. Halliday and Mr. Morgan have agreed to continue in their consulting roles with their current client engagements.
Mr. Tim Rooney said “I look forward to working with our highly experienced and dedicated management team in 2022. While we will certainly miss the day-to-day contributions from those that retired last year, I am delighted that each will continue to play a role in providing our professional services to our clients.”
