Baker & O’Brien is pleased to announce that Stephen Clark has recently joined Baker & O’Brien as a Consultant in our Houston office.

Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Stephen spent 11 years at CITGO Petroleum Corporation, where he gained valuable experience providing process engineering support for process unit operations, performing refinery economics and planning functions, and optimizing refinery operations within the Gulf Coast and Midwest regions.

Stephen holds a B.S. Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
