Baker & O'Brien's Senior Consultant Kevin Milburn presented at the Crude Oil Quality Association (COQA) Summer 2024 conference in Chicago. Kevin's presentation focused on the continued emergence of renewable fuels in the United States and the supply and demand drivers underlying the economics of renewable fuel production. Specifically, his presentation outlined the current regulatory drivers for various feedstocks for renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production while also providing analysis of renewable diesel capacity versus projected demand.
