James (Jim) Douglass

Mr. Douglass supports the consulting group with his extensive experience in litigation matters, the review and preparation of legal documentation, and proficiency in legal research and document management.

Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Jim worked as a Paralegal for numerous U.S. law firms, supporting attorneys in numerous practice areas, including commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, products liability, and most recently, insurance defense. He has extensive knowledge of litigation procedures, including document management and review, finalizing pleadings, and trial preparation. Jim also has experience with legal proceedings related to real estate law, employment law, personal injury, corporate transactions, and whistleblower matters.
