Summary of Experience
Jim Douglass provides expert guidance to the consulting group, built on more than 20 years of litigation experience. He provides strategic support in the review and preparation of expert reports and testimony, oversees document management and production, and conducts in-depth research.
Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Jim worked as a Paralegal for numerous U.S. law firms, supporting attorneys in numerous practice areas, including commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, products liability, and, most recently, insurance defense. He has extensive knowledge of litigation procedures, including document management and review, finalizing pleadings, and trial preparation. Jim also has experience with legal proceedings related to real estate law, employment law, personal injury, corporate transactions, and whistleblower matters.
