Summary of Experience
Keith offers more than 30 years of engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction experience in the oil and gas, renewables, and power industries. A certified Project Management Professional, his areas of expertise include mechanical design, mechanical engineering, engineering management, project engineering, and project management. His extensive experience encompasses the early appraisal phase, from project feasibility study and Front End Engineering Design (FEED), through the execution of EPC projects.
Keith began his career as a design engineer for a fabricator and maintenance service provider to oil and gas and petrochemical production facilities. With over 25 years working for major EPC contractors, he has held engineering and project leadership roles with Mustang Engineering, Jacobs, Samsung Engineering, Worley, and CTCI Americas. Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Keith had worked on a major oil refinery project to rebuild after a chemical explosion and a conversion project to convert a refinery to produce renewable diesel.
Since joining Baker & O’Brien as a consultant in 2022, Keith has contributed to expert assignments that require a critical review of project management and engineering disciplines in the energy sector. He has demonstrated his project management and technical expertise to clients for arbitrations, commercial litigation, and insurance claims involving onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, pipelines, LNG, renewable fuels, and power production facilities.
