Kimberly’s background includes leading multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion.
Kimberly began her career as a terminal engineer at GATX Terminals before transitioning into project management with Sunoco Logistics. She later led asset integrity and compliance efforts at Sunoco before taking on operations leadership roles overseeing pipelines, refineries, and marketing terminals. Her career has included leadership positions at Buckeye, Delek, Blackline, and Odfjell, where she developed a reputation for solving complex operational, maintenance, and safety challenges.
Since joining Baker & O’Brien, Kimberly has focused on dispute resolution and expert witness services, offering deep expertise in process safety management, emergency response, and pipeline integrity. She has testified as a technical expert in an LCIA arbitration regarding a refinery asset warranty breach. Kimberly has also provided advisory services on technical due diligence for investment appraisals.
