Summary of Experience

Ms. Legge has over 30 years of operations and project experience in the midstream oil and gas industry. Her expertise is built upon marine/rail/truck logistics, control room management, pipeline operations, project management, asset integration and optimization, predictive and preventative maintenance programs, industry benchmarking and best practices, process safety management, emergency response, and regulatory compliance programs.

Kimberly has held senior operations roles with various owners of midstream facilities, covering refined product tank terminals, rail, truck, and marine loading facilities, crude oil gathering and long-haul pipelines, and liquid butane and propane facilities. In addition, Kimberly has held project management positions, leading projects through the development phase to the financial investment decision (FID) and the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) implementation phase. Her achievements included the project management of a $150 million (MM) grid-scale 250 megawatt (MW) renewable battery project, a $55MM specialty chemical tank farm project, a $25MM propane rail refrigeration project, and a $300MM 50,000 barrels per day condensate splitter project through commissioning to operations.
