Summary of Experience
Tim is the President of Baker & O’Brien and is based in its Dallas office. He has 25 years of international experience in engineering, project management, and commercial operations, predominantly related to LNG and midstream energy sector.
Tim began as an engineering consultant with WorleyParsons, later earning an M.B.A. from INSEAD. Complementing his international engineering and project management expertise, he offers M&A, commercial, and joint venture management experience.
Since joining Baker & O’Brien in 2012, Tim has worked on a wide range of due diligence, insurance, and dispute-related assignments. He has worked on international arbitration matters relating to pipelines, terminals, LNG plants, refineries, gas processing facilities and power plants. As an appointed subject matter expert, he has prepared expert reports and provided oral testimony.
