Baker & O'Brien Announces Election of Board of Directors

Baker & O’Brien, Inc., is pleased to announce changes to its Board of Directors, which became effective January 1, 2023.

Following a vote of the firm’s shareholder, the following individuals were elected to serve as Directors for calendar year 2023:

  • Kevin Waguespack, Chief Executive Officer
  • Tim Rooney, President
  • Ajey Chandra, Executive Vice President
  • Rob Donnell
  • Don Flessner
  • John O’Brien

Additionally, Mr. Jeff Weyandt, Chief Financial Officer, was appointed Corporate Secretary.
