Baker & O’Brien is pleased to announce that Jason Brunsell has recently joined Baker & O’Brien as a Consultant in our Houston office. He has over 20 years of industry experience with a focus on the midstream sector of the energy business.

Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Jason was the Senior Director of Midstream for Encino Energy. Jason has commercial expertise in the midstream sector in addition to experience with process engineering, asset optimization, joint ventures, counterparty and commodity risk assessment, project and commodity contract negotiations, and M&A valuation and deal management.

Jason holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
