Baker & O'Brien participated in the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN)/International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) joint “Dispute Resolution in the International Oil & Gas Business” conference in Houston, Texas, on October 24. Discussion covered current “hot topics” in the midstream and downstream sectors including the impact of United States (U.S.) oil and gas exports on world markets, the U.S. Renewable Fuels Standard, climate change litigation and regulatory actions, IMO 2020 sulfur regulations, and construction contract disputes.
