Baker & O’Brien is pleased to announce that Cliff Moore has joined Baker & O’Brien as a Senior Consultant in our Houston office. Cliff offers 30 years of operations, maintenance/reliability, process/personal safety, and technology experience, principally in the petrochemical industry. He joins Baker & O’Brien, most recently from Ascend Performance Materials, where his role was the Site Reliability, Maintenance, and Turnaround Director.

Cliff’s professional career began at the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board as a Systems Engineer for weapons dismantlement and stockpile stewardship. He then worked 25 years at Dow serving in various roles, including Global Reliability Engineer, Technology Associate, Production Leader, Maintenance Director, and, most recently, North American Reliability Director. While at Dow, Cliff worked in polyurethanes, polyethylene, glycols, power generation, wastewater treatment, and site logistics technologies. Cliff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
