Baker & O’Brien is pleased to announce that Probir Shah has recently joined Baker & O’Brien as Senior Consultant in our Dallas office. He has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience focused on the downstream, midstream, and renewable fuels sectors of the energy business.

Prior to joining Baker & O’Brien, Probir was a Principal Consultant at Muse Stancil where his consulting assignments included due diligence, market studies, competitive analysis, litigation support, asset liquidity management, and independent/lenders’ engineering. Prior to consulting, he gained diverse experience working for three refiners (Phillips 66, Delek, and Delta Airlines/Monroe) at four different refineries, with roles in engineering, operations, and planning/optimization.

Probir holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, a M.S. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University, and a M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He is also a Candidate Member at the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation.
