Tim Rooney was pleased to join the panel discussion, “Mission impossible? Streamlining construction arbitration,” at GAR Live Construction Disputes 2026, in London yesterday.

The panel explored the efficiency of current arbitral practice in construction disputes, the effectiveness of current methods for delay analysis and assessment of quantum issues, as well as strategies for tribunals, counsel and experts to improve case management.
