Ajey Chandra was pleased to moderate a panel discussion, “Drilling down: liability and damages in energy disputes,” at GAR Live: Energy Disputes 2026 in London last week.

Ajey led an interesting and engaging discussion in which the panel explored liability in modern energy disputes, the role of experts in energy arbitrations, and whether established approaches to loss, delay, and production claims are still fit for purpose in volatile markets.

The Baker & O’Brien London team, Peter Bartlett, Richard Withers, Darren Murphy, and James Lomax, were also in attendance.
