Ajey Chandra will moderate the panel discussion, “Drilling down: liability and damages in energy disputes,” on Thursday, July 2, at 1:45 pm.

The discussion will cover whether liability remains the key issue in modern energy disputes as project scope and risks become more complex. Panelists will examine how tribunals should approach liability in the face of technical uncertainty, the role of experts in energy arbitrations, and whether established approaches to loss, delay, and production claims are still fit for purpose in volatile markets.
